The Humane Society of Port Jervis/Deerpark
is a full service shelter.

The animals who come to our facility
are given shelter, food and comfort
while they await their future.

We pride ourselves on the dedication
of our staff in their efforts
to find our animals a good home.

In rare cases, and with heavy hearts,
we do have to euthanize animals.

We are not a "no kill" shelter,
but rather, a "high adoption" shelter.

Be assured that superhuman efforts are
made every single day to place our animals
in good and loving homes.
